Project Description

Condor 2A

Information

The Condor 2A is an evolution of the Condor, a stitch folding tool. This machine works by perforating the sheet metal, cutting it on three sides, to create a strip of metal that is folded below the metal plate. Compared to the previous version, the shape of the Condor 2A has been designed to permit ease of use in the production of air filters for air treatment systems. The head is offset from the handle, which enables it to be used within the structural assembly of the filter. The Condor 2A maintains the best features of the previous version. It is light-weight, handy, silent, and easy to use. It is a great alternative to spot welding and riveting and is highly recommended for joining thin metal sheets. The fields of application include air filters, refrigeration, household appliances, or other contexts where there is a need to join thin metal sheets.
