Booster

The Booster air pressure multiplier is made of a hydro-cylinder which uses compressed air to increase the tool oil pressure by a factor of 60. For example, 1 bar of pressurized air can result in an oil pressure of 60bars. Jurado has designed the Booster as an optimal power supply for our clamps to clinch sheet metal plates. The amount of force applied by the Booster is adjustable, and there are instructions included with the tool to do so. The booster can be customized for each customer’s specific request, in regard to the required power and volume of the application. The Jurado Booster replaces the old hydraulic power packs, making it an environmentally-friendly choice, and it is also lighter and safer to use.
